Pamela Joy Howse, Holistic Lifestyle Coach ~Pamela has been involved with the Holistic Health & Wellness Industry for over a decade. She is passionate about helping others to achieve optimal health & wellbeing. She is trained in multiple modalities, all in which are natural ways to enhance your energy. She specializes in stress relief & pain management through coaching, bodywork & yoga sessions. Her mission is to inspire yoga as a lifestyle!! Pamela promotes & hosts multiple classes & functions. Her practice is committed to creating safe space for others to find stress relief & to actively assist others who are seeking to cultivate more self-awareness & transformation through music, movement, coaching & bodywork. Pamela trained to teach yoga in British Columbia with a school which is recognized by the Yoga Alliance. She is certified in Hatha Ashtanga and Adaptive Yoga and has been teaching yoga in the Columbia Valley for over a decade. She enjoys taking others on guided adventures around the Valley to do yoga outdoors, especially on SUP’s. She believes that yoga is a natural self-healing science & when practiced regularly, you can; reduce stress, increase your stamina, prevent injury, enhance awareness & assist with pain management. Her classes are available on-line in the comfort of your own home or her home studio and at Valley Fitness Centre.
